The Pan-African Council has been invited to consult the African Union at the 2nd Diaspora Focal Points Workshop organized on the back of the Consultative Act of the African Union which declares that it shall “invite and encourage the full participation of the African Diaspora as an important part of our continent, in the building of the African Union”.
This initiative falls in line with the First 10-year Implementation plan of the Agenda 2063 which realizes the full potential of the African Diaspora as key drivers of the Continent’s development as stipulated in the roadmap.
